  1. Do you offer custom designs or personalization?

Yes! We provide custom design services based on your preferences — especially for handbags, weightlifting belts, and leather aprons.
You can add initials, personal touches, or even your own logo.
Custom-made items have a delivery time of 4–6 weeks.

  1. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products include a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a faulty item, we will assist you with repair or replacement.

  1. What is the delivery time?

  • Within Norway: 2–5 business days for in-stock items
  • If the product needs to be ordered or produced: up to 4 weeks
  • Custom-made items: 4–6 weeks

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Customers outside Norway are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

We currently accept:

  • Klarna

To maintain the condition of your leather items, apply leather balm regularly.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or direct heat. Store in a cool, dry environment.

Yes, products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if they are unused and in original condition.
Custom-designed items with personal names, logos, or unique modifications cannot be returned.
